Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you order from CHE'SU LEGACY ENTERPRISE (business registration no. 202603084921), trading as CHE'SU, through chesulegacy.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

CHE'SU LEGACY ENTERPRISE, Kampung Paya Rawa, Kampung Raja, 22200 Besut, Terengganu, Malaysia. Contact: chesulegacy@gmail.com or WhatsApp 011-6301 3008.

2. Ordering

  • You do not need an account. You provide your name, phone number, and — for delivery — a map pin showing where to deliver.
  • Orders can only be placed while the shop is marked open on this website. We may stop accepting online orders at any time, for example when we are unusually busy or an ingredient runs out.
  • An order is only confirmed once your payment has been received and verified. Adding drinks to your cart does not reserve them.
  • Please check your order carefully before paying. Once preparation begins we cannot change it.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price that applies to that order.
  • If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

4. Payment

  • Online payment is required for all website orders. We do not offer pay-on-collection through this website.
  • Payments are processed by ToyyibPay on their own secure page. We never see or store your card or online banking details.
  • Your order only reaches our kitchen after the payment is verified. If a payment fails or is not completed, no order is created and you are not charged.

5. Pickup

  • Pickup orders are usually ready in about 10–15 minutes, but this can be longer during busy periods.
  • Please collect your order on the same day it is made. We cannot hold prepared drinks overnight, and uncollected orders will not be refunded.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within 10 km of our shop, and only when delivery is switched on for that day.
  • The delivery fee is RM1 per kilometre, calculated from our shop to the map pin you place, and shown to you before you pay.
  • The map pin is what we deliver to. Please make sure it is accurate, and add a unit or house number in the notes. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect pin that you placed.
  • Please be reachable on the phone number you provide. If we cannot reach you and the order cannot be delivered, it will not be refunded.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or demand.

7. Your drinks

  • All drinks are served at 16oz. Some drinks can be served hot; where a hot option exists, it is shown on the drink itself.
  • Our drinks are made fresh to order and are best consumed promptly — coffee within about two hours.
  • Allergens: most of our drinks contain fresh dairy milk, and are prepared in a kitchen that also handles milk, nuts and other ingredients. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order notes or contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free drink.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Order confirmation on WhatsApp

After paying, you are directed to WhatsApp to send us your order confirmation. This helps us match your payment to your order quickly. If you do not send it, please contact us so we can confirm your order manually.

10. Website availability

We try to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

11. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Intellectual property

The CHE'SU name, logo, photographs and website content belong to CHE'SU LEGACY ENTERPRISE and may not be copied or used without our permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
